Each btpro user is permitted to maintain exactly one account. Duplicate accounts — whether on the same device, same mobile number, or same household — are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.
All btpro account transactions — deposits, bets, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). btpro does not accept foreign currency deposits. JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are the accepted payment channels.
All btpro promotions, bonuses, and free bets are subject to wagering requirements and specific eligibility conditions. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim offers — is a serious violation and will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your btpro login credentials. btpro will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to protect your password. Report suspected unauthorised access to btpro support immediately.

These Terms & Conditions contain provisions that limit btpro's liability and govern how disputes are resolved. Please read them carefully before using btpro's services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the btpro platform.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
2.1 By registering an Account on btpro, accessing the Platform, or placing any Bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.
2.2 These Terms & Conditions, together with btpro's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and btpro with respect to your use of the Platform.
2.3 If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, you are not permitted to access or use the btpro Platform. You must immediately cease using the Platform and contact btpro to request account closure if you have already registered.
2.4 btpro reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. See Section 16 (Amendments) for further detail.
3.1 Minimum Age: The btpro Platform is strictly for persons aged 21 (twenty-one) years and above. Persons below the age of 21 are absolutely prohibited from registering an Account, accessing the Platform, or placing any Bet. This is a condition of btpro's international gaming license and is non-negotiable.
3.2 Age Verification: btpro conducts mandatory age and identity verification as part of the KYC process. You will be required to submit a valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or other government-issued identification. Accounts for which age verification cannot be completed will be suspended pending document submission.
3.3 Misrepresentation of Age: Providing false information regarding your age or identity during registration or KYC is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. btpro reserves the right to immediately and permanently close any account found to have been registered using false age information, to void all Bets placed on such account, and to forfeit any and all funds held in the Account Balance.
3.4 Geographic Eligibility: The btpro Platform is primarily designed for and accessible to users in Pakistan. Users accessing the Platform from Prohibited Jurisdictions do so at their own risk and in potential violation of local laws. btpro does not accept responsibility for your compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
3.5 By registering on btpro, you warrant that you are not resident in or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction, that you are using your own funds, and that you are not acting on behalf of any third party.
4.1 Single Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one (1) btpro Account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same person — whether under the same or different identities, mobile numbers, or devices — is strictly prohibited. btpro employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.
4.2 Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update your Account information promptly if it changes. btpro reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information held on your Account at any time.
4.3 KYC Completion: Full KYC verification is required before btpro will process any withdrawal request. btpro may also require KYC completion before releasing bonus funds or in response to regulatory obligations. Required KYC documents typically include: (a) valid CNIC front and back; (b) a recent selfie holding the CNIC; and (c) where applicable, proof of source of funds or proof of payment method ownership.
4.4 Account Activation: btpro reserves the right to decline any application for registration without providing a reason. Account activation does not constitute a waiver of btpro's right to conduct KYC verification or to subsequently close an account found to be in breach of these terms.
5.1 You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your btpro Account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. btpro strongly recommends the use of a strong, unique password not shared with any other service.
5.2 You must not share your btpro login credentials with any third party, including family members. If another person accesses your Account using your credentials — whether with or without your knowledge or consent — you remain solely responsible for all activity conducted on your Account during that session, including all Bets placed and all funds wagered.
5.3 If you suspect that your btpro Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify btpro support immediately at [email protected]. btpro will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend access to the Account pending investigation.
5.4 btpro will never contact you by SMS, WhatsApp, email, or any other channel requesting your password. Any communication purporting to be from btpro and requesting your login credentials should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to btpro support.
6.1 Accepted Methods: btpro accepts deposits exclusively through the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, and Meezan Bank. btpro does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or payments from third-party accounts not belonging to the registered Account holder.
6.2 Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on btpro is Rs 200 (Pakistani Rupees two hundred). btpro reserves the right to revise minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice published on the Platform.
6.3 Third-Party Payments: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name, matching the name on your btpro Account. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account investigation under btpro's anti-money laundering obligations.
6.4 Currency: All transactions on the btpro Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). btpro does not convert foreign currencies and does not accept foreign currency deposits.
6.5 btpro is not responsible for any delays, fees, or failures in the payment process caused by your payment provider, including JazzCash or EasyPaisa network outages.
7.1 Eligibility: Withdrawals may only be requested from verified btpro Accounts that have completed full KYC verification. Accounts with pending KYC documents will have withdrawal requests held until verification is complete.
7.2 Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically feasible. btpro processes withdrawal requests via JazzCash and EasyPaisa within one (1) business day. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within three (3) business days.
7.3 Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. btpro reserves the right to set maximum withdrawal limits on a per-transaction and per-period basis, which will be communicated in the Account dashboard.
7.4 Bonus Funds: Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Bonus Funds that remain unconverted at the time of a withdrawal request will be deducted from the Account Balance prior to processing the withdrawal.
7.5 btpro reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal and may request further documentation during this process. Withdrawal requests may be delayed pending the outcome of such checks.
8.1 btpro offers various promotional offers including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions associated with each individual offer, as published at the time of the promotion.
8.2 Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any portion of the Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
8.3 Game Contributions: Different game types contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements. Sports betting and live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate than online slots toward bonus wagering. Specific contribution rates are stated per promotion.
8.4 Bonus Abuse: btpro defines bonus abuse as any attempt to exploit promotional offers through the creation of multiple accounts, the use of betting patterns specifically designed to minimise risk in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, or any other strategy intended to manipulate bonus terms. btpro reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, void Bets, and close Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
8.5 btpro reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, subject to any applicable notice requirements. Promotions are available to eligible Pakistani players as specified in each promotion's individual terms.
9.1 Bet Acceptance: A Bet placed on the btpro Platform is only accepted and binding when you have received a confirmation from btpro acknowledging the Bet and a Bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed on markets where a technical error has caused incorrect odds to be displayed are void and will be refunded at the original stake amount.
9.2 Sports Betting: All sports betting markets on btpro — including cricket (PSL, Pakistan internationals, T20 World Cup, domestic cricket), volleyball, and other sporting events — are governed by the specific rules for each sport as published on the btpro Platform. In the event of any inconsistency between product-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the product-specific rules shall prevail for matters directly relating to game/market rules.
9.3 Live In-Play Betting: For live in-play betting markets, btpro reserves the right to suspend markets at any time and without notice. Bets placed after the relevant event outcome has already been determined are void, regardless of whether the market was technically still open at the time the Bet was submitted.
9.4 Casino Games: All casino games available on btpro, including live dealer games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger) and online slots, use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or are hosted by licensed live studio providers independently audited for fairness.
9.5 btpro's decisions on the settlement of Bets, game outcomes, and any disputes relating thereto are final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process set out in Section 17.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the btpro Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
10.2 btpro reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, voiding of all Bets, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
11.1 All intellectual property rights in and to the btpro Platform — including but not limited to the btpro brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, odds data, text, graphics, and all other materials — are owned by or licensed to btpro and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the btpro Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not grant you any rights to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any btpro content.
11.3 Any unauthorised use of btpro's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
12.1 btpro is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools needed to manage their gaming activity. btpro recognises that for a small minority of players, gaming can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.
12.2 Available Tools: All btpro Account holders have access to the following responsible gaming tools from their Account dashboard:
12.3 Self-Exclusion: If you wish to exclude yourself from the btpro Platform, you may request self-exclusion at any time by contacting btpro support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, btpro will take all reasonable steps to ensure you cannot access your Account, including blocking promotional communications.
12.4 btpro does not provide gaming services as a means of resolving financial difficulties. If gaming is causing you financial, emotional, or personal harm, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tools available on the Platform and to seek independent support.
13.1 btpro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time and without prior notice if btpro determines, in its sole discretion, that you have breached these Terms & Conditions, that your Account is suspected of fraudulent activity, or that regulatory or legal obligations require such action.
13.2 Upon termination of your Account for breach of these Terms, any Account Balance — including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited in whole or in part by btpro, subject to btpro's regulatory obligations regarding player funds.
13.3 You may close your btpro Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure of your Account at your own request, any remaining real-money Account Balance (exclusive of unconverted Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable time, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any active investigations.
13.4 btpro reserves the right to void any Bets and/or winnings generated during any period in which a User was acting in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
14.1 btpro's liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. btpro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
14.2 btpro does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. btpro takes reasonable technical precautions but cannot guarantee the continuous, secure operation of an online platform.
14.3 btpro shall not be liable for any losses arising from: (a) server downtime or network failures beyond btpro's reasonable control; (b) actions of third-party payment providers, including JazzCash or EasyPaisa; (c) force majeure events including natural disasters, regulatory changes, or civil unrest; or (d) your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
14.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits btpro's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
15.1 btpro collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the btpro Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
15.2 btpro implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is entirely secure, and btpro cannot guarantee absolute data security.
15.3 btpro may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and licensed third-party service providers where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform, including KYC and payment processing services.

16.1 btpro reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, btpro will provide reasonable advance notice to registered users via email to the address associated with your Account or via a notice published on the Platform.
16.2 The effective date of the current version of these Terms & Conditions is stated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to remain aware of any changes.
16.3 Your continued use of the btpro Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
17.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which btpro holds its international gaming license, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
17.2 Informal Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising from your use of btpro or these Terms, you should first contact btpro's customer support team at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. btpro will endeavour to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.
17.3 Formal Dispute: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate the matter to btpro's licensing authority through the formal dispute resolution process established under btpro's gaming license. Details of btpro's licensing body and its dispute resolution procedures are available upon request from btpro support.
17.4 The existence of a dispute does not entitle you to withhold payment of any amounts owed to btpro or to continue using the Platform in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
